2025 Letter Writing Socials
Come and celebrate International Typewriter Day at Furby House Books in Port Hope, Ontario on Sunday, June 22nd. Drop in between 12-2pm and try out some beautiful vintage typewriters. Write a letter, a poem or whatever the keys inspire. Once you are done tapping you won’t want to leave. Furby’s has an incredible selection of books and you will definitely want to check out the stationery AND…typewriter socks!! I know!! This event is free and open to all ages. No registration required.

Letter Writing Socials are currently being booked for the Christmas season. Whether a library program, community centre or an office team event this is the ‘something different’ you’ve been looking for.
I’ve had the pleasure to organize and host Letter Writing Socials for the Loughheed House Museum, Westjet Airlines, Good Earth cafes in Calgary, and many private events including bridal parties and birthday celebrations.
