So you can enjoy the month of June, and have all your cards at the ready, consider getting them now. Want a deal? How about 15% off…if you order by May 31st. Code is listed below.
June can be such a busy month. Especially if you have kids school age. This blog post features cards from Canadian stationery brand called Selah Paper.

Let’s applaud loudly for all the teachers, school, music and coaches out there. They are worthy. My fav teacher card from Selah Paper is the one above, but there are many others to choose from.
Do you know a soon-to-be graduate? Snag a graduation card now and then you can focus on gowns, balloons and parties. Don’t forget to take lots of photos.

Father’s Day is June 21st. This might be a sad day for you or for someone you know. As soon as I saw this card – there are other ‘remembering’ cards too – I had to get it. I’ve never seen a card like this before. So thoughtful.
I hope you love these cards as much as me. Feel free to use code: ritewhileucan (all lowercase) by May 31st to save 15%. Then sit back and watch June unfold and mark the special days with joy and calm.
A big thank you to Sarah of Selah Paper for allowing me to use her product photos and for sharing this discount code with us for all the cards you need in June.
p.s. If you are invited to weddings, baby showers this summer there are great cards for those occasions as well. PLUS….did I mention stickers?! Yes, there are stickers!!

Lunch sounds delicious! And my loaves usually taste and smell better than they look too. :/ oh well. Stop by my Friday’s Five Features and link up this post (and others)! http://diy-vintage-chic.blogspot.com/2013/08/fridays-five-features-no-3.html
Hi Becca, thanks for your visit. Yes, the lunch was yummy (had it again today as a matter of fact). But, the loaf met it’s end fairly abruptly as much as it pained me to throw it out. On to the next experiment! 🙂
How fun. I can see how doing this would cause you to slow down and really be in the moment.
Hi Shana, Sometimes I definitely need to slow down and writing a letter (with a good cup of tea) does the trick. Hope you try it out. Thanks for stopping by.
I was just thinking how few people write anything by hand anymore, and it will soon be a lost art. And a loss to the world, I think. I love reading things written by hand – especially when they are written by someone who is not longer here.
Hi Noreen, thanks for your visit. I couldn’t agree more about the potential loss to the world. You may want to check out Stuffinenvelopes.com as they will send you a letter for FREE! It is the topic of my post today (aug 9).
Currently listening to the sounds of a dryer, whirling my clothes around before we leave yet another place and move on to the next.
Sounds of “I’m hungry” are also filling my ears. As usual.
I’m inhaling (in a rather unladylike fashion) some chili cheese curly fries that I threw together with the food we had leftover in the house that we’re house sitting at the moment.
Thinking about all the things we need to get done, all that could go wrong or fall through (trying to buy a house next week!) and seeking peace and rest in the midst of it.
My head hurts.
And my chili cheese fries are calling my name. 🙂
Yummmmy, chili cheese fries! How could they not be inhaled. Any other way jeopardize the taste experience I think. May you find the peace and rest you need to get through this crazy moving time. And soon you will have a less crazy day to enjoy in your new home….hopefully with yummy chili fries too. Thanks for sharing your day with us Vanessa.
Sitting and watching the boys at an indoor playground on a rainy day – surrounded by running, screaming children and smells of sanitizer, sweaty kids and funky feet all blended into one glorious scent!
Ahh, I have a complete visual on this! Eeek….hope it was worth it? 🙂
